Jackie & Craig Carmichael *

Owners/Funeral Assistants

Jackie and Craig are Lincoln County natives with a deep love for the community and its people.  They have been married for 40 years and have two daughters and five grandchildren.  Craig, a graduate of Alabama A&M University, can often be heard shouting from the pulpit his love for Fayetteville.  He has humbly served the community in many different areas.  Jackie graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1982 and graduated from Motlow State Community College in 1993 with the A.S. Degree.  She worked as a nurse technician and secretary at Lincoln Care Center for eight years.  She has worked as a bank teller for the past 14 years.  Craig and Jackie will continue their service to community while helping families honor the lives of loved ones.

William Smith

Licensed Funeral Director/Manager

William Smith was born in Nashville, TN and raised in Columbia, TN. He received the Master of Arts Degree in Evangelism from Scarritt College for Christian Workers, Nashville, TN.  William began his training in the Funeral Service Industry serving on the staff of Sledge Funeral Home of Fayetteville, TN. In August of 1991, he opened The Rose of Sharon Funeral Services in Pulaski, TN.  He is proudly working as Grace Memorial’s Funeral Director.

Chanelle Carmichael *

Funeral Assistant

Chanelle, a native of Fayetteville, is the blessed mother of two children.  She obtained her certification in Professional Medical Coding and has worked the past four years with Clearview Cancer Institute.  Chanelle is currently studying to receive her Funeral Director license.  She wants to use this knowledge along with the many tools she gained through her parents to humbly serve our community.

Brandi & Jermaine Simmons *

Funeral Assistants

Brandi and Jermaine are the proud parents of three children.  Brandi graduated from MTSU in 2009 with an MBA degree and has 16+ years of analytics and portfolio management experience.  Jermaine is a certified technologist with a background in computer science and 17+ years of experience in engineering, sales, finance, and field marketing for a single fortune 50 technology-based company. They will support operations and humbly serve you and your family.

Victoria & Cory Armstrong *

Funeral Assistants

Victoria and Cory are natives of Columbia, TN and graduates of Middle TN State University.  Cory is an educator and coach for the Maury County School System.  Victoria is a Lease Consultant with Caterpillar.  They have five amazing children and one dog.  Cory and Victoria enjoy being involved with the community and are humbly honored to serve you and your family.    

Brantalon Tyrell Carmichael *

Funeral Assistant

Brantalon is a graduate of Lincoln County High School Class of 1999.  He attended John A. Gupton School of Mortuary Science.  He is a past member of the National Funeral Director’s Association.  He has upheld 22 years of service thus far with the State of TN as the Sentence Information Manager/Supervisor for the TN Department of Corrections.

Patsy Harper *

Funeral Assistant

Patsy is a graduate of Cameron High School of Nashville, TN.  She moved to Fayetteville in 1972.  Patsy worked at Lincoln Medical Center for 26 years until her retirement in 2017.  She has two children, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Mt. Zion Church family.
