Ravis Tyran Hockett

Ravis Tyran Hockett was born May 27, 1983 to the parents of Ricky Wayne Hockett and Michelle Bryson Hockett of Huntsville, Alabama.  He departed this life on April 5, 2025 at Huntsville Hospital at the age of 41. His paternal grandparents were the late Willie C. Hockett  and  Inez Bowers. His maternal grandfather was the late Jimmy and his surviving grandmother, Betty Jo Bryson.   

Ravis was an avid Tennessee Vols fan. He loved football and basketball. He also was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan. He worked diligently alongside his father. He loved his family and friends. 

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving father, Ricky Hockett and mother, Michelle Bryson Hockett; grandmother, Betty Jo Bryson; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a devoted friend Willie Langford; and a loving pet dog, King.
