Cedric DeWayne Smith

Cedric Dewayne Smith was born June 28, 1983 to Roosevelt Davis and Laester Smith in  Natchez, Mississippi. He received his wings August 30, 2025 at Lincoln Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, TN.

He was employed at Cooper Steel. He worked as a welder until his death.

Cedric married Courtney Simpson, and they had four sons.

He was loved and known by many and will be dearly missed.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife, Courtney Simpson; four sons, Micah Simpson, Noah Simpson, Josiah Simpson, and Jeremiah Smith; father, Roosevelt Davis; mother, Laester Smith; mother-in-law, Delores Rice Bunkley; sister-in-law, Kalitha Martin; and brother-in-law, Damarcas Crawford.

The family will have a memorial at a later date.
