Beverly Jo Kelso Robinson was born July 4, 1959 to the late Ben C. and Fay Jean Emmons Kelso. At a young age, she accepted Christ and was baptized. Beverly was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church where she served as a Junior Usher. She would attend Mt. Olive after moving back from Michigan later in life.
She was educated in the public school system of Tennessee and Michigan. Beverly graduated from Albion High School in Albion, Michigan. She graduated from college and then pursued a career Cosmetology. She worked in several different vocations such as 18-wheeler drive, beauty salon manager, business owner, taxi driver, correctional officer, and a greeter for Wal-Mart. This exemplifies her exciting life.
Preceding her in death was her father, Ben C. Kelso, brothers, David Stallworth and Kenneth T Kelso. She leaves to celebrate her life: her mother, Fay Emmons Kelso Stallworth; daughter: Bevia Dijonna Robinson (Morgan); one grandson: Brandon Pitts. One sister: Charlene Stallworth; three aunts: Betty Kelso Woods, Fay Edmonson Kelso, and Brenda C. Hurd (William). A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Special Friends: Brenzetta Wilson and Tarita Jones.
